Ultra Street Fighter 4 Is On Its Way

[youtube id=”pQf9K2QGuew” width=”560″ height=”315″][youtube id=”qP7p7rduqKc” width=”560″ height=”315″]

Capcom’s critically-acclaimed Street Fighter IV series is set to see its next installment with Ultra Street Fighter IV. Staying on par with the near non-stop action the series is known for, five new characters (Elena, Rolento, Poison and Hugo already announced[their trailers are at the end of this article]), and six new stages have been added to the mix, with rebalanced gameplay and original modes including an improved team battle and online training.

Even better more, if you weren’t much of a fan of the balance changes of the previous installments, Ultra Street Fighter IV will offer an edition select option in the character select screen.  So if your favorite character has been toned down for newer installments, it won’t be an issue anymore.

Available via retail, full download, or digital upgrade (for SSFIV and SSFIV: AE owners), users who purchase the retail or full download version will also receive all previous costume DLC released for the series (a $40 value), making this the definitive version of Street Fighter IV to check out if you haven’t already.

Ultra Street Fighter IV is set for release for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 for June of 2014, and August of 2014 for PC.
