Cody Rhodes was in the news recently, as news dropped that he had picked up the trademarks for several wrestling things, including old WCW pay-per-view names, as well as the rights to his father’s name, Dusty Rhodes. Rumor is WWE is unhappy about this and may pursue legal action against AEW. However, the courts will likely side with Cody if this ever does go to litigation.
