WATCH – BroadwayCon Blizzard Party Line 2019

Check out the BroadwayCon Blizzard Party Line at the 2019 edition of BroadwayCon.

This unique event is a throwback to the debut edition of the event, where a massive blizzard hit NYC during BroadwayCon weekend that shut down trains and bridges, and caused some big changes to the event. Many folks were stranded at the New York Hilton Midown, where the event took place, so they had a special panel where they called up random Broadway stars to do an impromptu chat with con attendees.

Appearing in this video are Rob McClure, Lena Hall, Karen Olivo, Gavin Creel & Sara Bareilles. Not included in this video but appeared to chat (sorry) were Kelli O’Hara, and Heather Headley.

WATCH – Susan Egan sings “Home” From “Beauty & The Beast” – BroadwayCon 2019

At BroadwayCon 2019, the opening ceremony audience was delighted to hear the amazing Susan Egan sing “Home” from the Broadway production of “Disney’s Beauty and The Beast”.

Susan Egan is best known for originating the role of Belle in the Broadway musical adaptation of Beauty and the Beast (1994), as well as for providing the voices of Megara in Hercules (1997) and Rose Quartz on Steven Universe.
