Stay fit, keep sharp, make good decisions! Continuing our look at the Ghostbusters 2 figures from Diamond Select, this time we take a look at “Geared Up” Louis Tully. Featured in several scenes from GB2 when Louis decided it was time to help the busters out by donning a proton pack of his own, this figure is a definite highlight of the entire series.

NYCC 2018: Ghostbusters by Playmobil

Following up with what Playmobil released last year, this time the company returned with brand new items that will be for sale in Spring 2019 from Ghostbusters, honoring the films 35th anniversary!

Coming soon, we will have an ECTO-1A from Ghostbusters 2 (which will include lights and sounds), a four-pack of exclusive figures from the first movie (previously only available if you bought all the sets from the launch wave), and six-inch figures of the busters.

We reviewed all of the products from the initial Ghostbusters wave, and thought they were amazing! The ECTO-1 was among the top replicas I have seen of it, and the ECTO-1A looks just as good.

Playmobil Booth Tour at NY Toy Fair 2018

Playmobil has been making a big push in the toy market these days, and really making a stand in a number of new markets from licensed properties to sports, blind bags, and more. Here is what we saw in their booth at NY Toy Fair 2018.

Playmobil continues to impress as as the new Ghostbusters 2 figures have already hit shelves, paving the way for their next line of figures & vehicles from “The Real Ghostbusters” cartoon. A must-have for Ghostheads!

Check out Playmobil’s other TV-based licensed playsets and figures from the hit Dreamworks shows “Dragons: Riders of Berk” and “Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron.”

Here is all the new playsets and characters shown during NY Toy Fair 2018 from Playmobil’s new “City Life” & “City Action” waves.

Wrapping up our tour of the Playmobil booth, we take a look at the Explorers line which features a new “Jurassic World” style dinosaur-based line, spooky monster figures and a haunted house playset, licensed sports playsets and players from the NHL and FIFA, and more blind bag figures!

Playmobil “Ghostbusters 2” Peter Venkman – figure review

Who ya’ gonna call? Playmobil, as they just released their new line of figures based on Ghostbusters 2. This new series includes the four boys in grey, and is focused purely on mini-figures and no vehicles or playsets. It also integrates some new app play with their free Playmogram app that projects a holographic image of a ghost via your phone. Is this line worth checking out? Watch our review to find out!

NYCC 2017: Playmobil Ghostbusters – GB2 & Real Ghostbusters

Playmobil had a presence at New York Comic Con 2017, and used this event as their exclusive platform to debut their next line of Ghostbusters figures.

Featuring figures and vehicles from Ghostbusters 2 and The Real Ghostbusters, we don’t know much details about these little guys yet but they sure look great. The RGB figures will be sold with their vehicles, but there was sparse info about how the GB2 figures will be sold, whether they will be part of a playset or have any vehicles such as the Ecto-1A. Here is hoping we get a Statue of Liberty playset out of this!

This was literally our first stop at NYCC 2017, and we hope you enjoy (and salivate over this) as much as we did!
