Is this the Bat-Suit from “Gotham”?

Fans have been waiting for the entire duration of Fox’s “Gotham” show to see Bruce Wayne become the Dark Knight. As the series draws nearer to the finale, it seems we have our first leak of what the costume may look like.

A user on Reddit somehow got his hands on this image, and theorized whether or not it was the costume from “Gotham” that Bruce would soon don to become the Batman.

According to the original poster, a “filter was applied to the screenshot to brighten it, so that we can see the details more.”

The series’ executive producer John Stephens already confirmed that Bruce Wayne actor David Mazouz will not wear the full suit.  However, that does not mean someone else can, at least for now. IN fact, Mazouz will voice a growling Batman, but the suit was made for someone over six feet tall.

Who will wear the costume remains to be seen, so stay tuned to “Gotham” to see what happens next. Same bat channel, same bat time!

“Gotham” season 4 trailer drops – masks aplenty!

I am not a regular viewer of Gotham (in fact, I gave up after the first season), but apparently it has a pretty hardcore fan base. Lo and behold, the series has made it into its fourth season, and I have been in the dark about much of it since the second season. It looks like things are about to get interesting in the upcoming season, so it may be a good time to jump back in.

Season four looks like they are about to enter the more comic book side of things, with costumes and masks all over the place and… well, if your interest is piqued I suggest just giving it a watch. The big bad bat has not shown up yet, but he seems to be peeking out a little to say hello to that cowardly and superstitious lot.

“Gotham” season four premieres on September 21 on Fox.

NY Toy Fair 2016: Diamond Select booth tour – Batman, Ghostbusters, X-Files – VIDEO

Diamond Select is a booth with so many different properties, they always get at least two videos from us. This year at NY Toy Fair 2016, they had so much stuff we had to break it up into three.

Apologies for the scratchy audio here, my microphone was beginning to die here, so I have tweaked the audio as much as possible to make it easier on your ears.

Narrated by Zach Oat, this first video features toys, statues and other collectibles of Gotham, iZombie, The X-Files, TMNT minimates, action figures of The Muppets, and a variety of merchandise from Batman: The Animated Series.

In part two, we see more from DST, including their latest merchandise from The Justice League, Star Trek (including some new ships and figures like KHAAAAAANNN!!!!), and Ghostbusters.

And finally, the third video features the new statues from Marvel Comics, including the new female Thor and Lady Deadpool, plus Spiderman, Captain Marvel, The Incredible Hulk, and Deadpool. More Marvel Minimates are also coming on the way, with plenty of love for the X-Men and Spiderman. DST also showed off their new vinimates, larger-scale minimate figures in dramatic poses, with the first line including The X-Files, Ghostbusters, Nightmare before Christmas, Aliens and Predator.

Speaking of Aliens, check out the new minimates and vehicles from Aliens at the end of the video.

Not shown in the video (because photography of them was prohibited) were prototypes from Diamond’s upcoming Quentin Tarantino toy properties, including Kill Bill and Pulp Fiction.

First look at B.D. Wong as Hugo Strange in “Gotham”

Fans of Gotham can look forward to another baddie joining the crew, as B.D. Wong signed on some time ago to tackle the role of Hugo Strange. Today, we get a chance to see what the super-villain will look like.

The big scoop came from TVInsider.com, who provided this first glimpse of the infamous madman:

Here is the official press release from Fox:

Penguin takes a hit for Galavan’s murder, but doesn’t let Gordon off easily. Meanwhile, Gordon and Bullock investigate the body-snatching spree of Victor Fries (guest star Nathan Darrow), one of Gotham’s preeminent cryogenics engineers in the all-new “Rise of the Villains: Mr. Freeze” winter premiere episode.

The character of Hugo Strange was first introduced to the Batman world in Detective Comics #36 from way back in 1940, and the character has remained a constant threat to the caped crusader ever since then. How will his TV incarnation play out? Stay tuned for the season premiere of “Gotham”, same bat time, same bat channel!
