Mezco Heads For The Stars With New One:12 Captain Marvel figure

We are not too far away from NY Toy Fair 2019, but Mezco has been going to town with their pre-event reveals. We already saw their new Living Dead Doll based on Jack Nicholson’s Jack Torrance from “The Shining”, and now we have this very exciting One:12 figure joining the fray!

Today via their mailing list, Mezco Toyz previewed their newest six-inch figure – Captain Marvel! Based on Brie Larson’s version of her in the upcoming movie of the same name, we don’t have any other details to go on yet other than this photo:

“When former U.S Air Force fighter pilot turned superhero Captain Marvel joins Starforce, she must return to Earth which is now in the crossfires of two alien races.”

Now we just have to wait another two weeks for NY Toy Fair to happen so we can see all of the new One:12 figures coming from Mezco in the near future. I am also curious if they will have a Brie Larson head to go with this.

Of course, my big dream is a new Nick Fury figure with Samuel L. Jackson’s face and two swappable heads – one with eyepatch and one without.

Stay tuned for our Toy Fair coverage to see all of the reveals!

NECA also revealed a new TMNT figure today, an 18-inch version of The Shredder from the 1990 movie!

WATCH – “Avengers: Endgame: Superbowl Trailer – Get Hyped!

Time is ticking away as we get closer to the next big Marvel Cinematic Universe movie event, which will be the conclusion of the Infinity Gauntlet epic that started last year. Coming in April, “Avengers: Endgame” will hit theaters, and as we draw nearer to release day, more footage is being revealed.

During Super Bowl LIII, Marvel Studios dropped this 30 second TV spot for the movie, which included some brand new footage and a little more context to what will happen, but still remaining cryptic as always. Check out the spot below!

It’s not a ton of new info, but this is the first time we have seen how the entire planet was affected by “the finger snap”, and not just the super heroes.

Featured in the trailer are the survivors that we know about, including Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Nebula, Rocket, Hawkeye AKA Ronin, Black Widow, Bruce Banner/ The Incredible Hulk, War Machine, and Ant-Man.

“Avengers: Endgame” opens in U.S. theaters on April 26, 2019.

Many other commercials aired during the big game, including new trailers for Jordan Peele’s Twilight Zone.
