“Ghost Rider” Series Headed To Hulu

The spirit of vengeance is making a comeback, and this time he is back in his own brand new TV series!

Hulu just announced it has expanded its partnership with Marvel Television, starting with two new live-action series, “Marvel’s Ghost Rider” and “Marvel’s Helstrom”.

According to a report from Variety, Gabriel Luna will reprise the role of Ghost Rider that he originally played in ABC’s “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.”, but the two shows will not be connected.

No casting news has been announced for Helstrom at this time.

The show will be executive produced by Ingrid Escajeda (who will also be the showrunner), Paul Zbyszewski and Jeph Loeb.

“Ghost Rider” joins a bunch of other Marvel shows on Hulu, including an upcoming animated series starring Howard the Duck, M.O.D.O.K, Hit-Monkey, and Tigra and Dazzler. Hulu also airs the live-action Marvel series “Runaways,” which is going into its third season.

The show is scheduled to air at some point in 2020.
